Firstly, this movie doesn't fit the horror thriller genre. It didn't give me any thrills; it's just a regular supernatural film revolving around black magic.
Throughout the entire movie, I didn't find it enjoyable or exciting. I was just waiting for it to end quickly. The storyline is very basic, and the young girl possessed by the supernatural force simply follows simple instructions throughout.
In my opinion, it's a very basic story. I'd suggest watching something else. Even though I'm a big fan of R. Madhavan, his portrayal of the character Shaitaan wasn't convincing, despite his efforts. It felt like Ajay Devgn wasn't even a part of the film. However, Jyothika's acting deserves appreciation as it suited the role well.
Overall, it's not a great movie to watch, or at best, it's a one-time watch if you want to see experienced actors and actresses. It's certainly not thrilling or scary.
